Hand-in-hand with providing the freshest produce possible is our concern for making sure everything we process is clean, healthy and ready-to-eat. In this area, we hold ourselves to even higher standards than our customers do – and they have understandably high standards themselves.

We keep our facility absolutely immaculate in terms of cleanliness, using only food-grade sanitizers. We regularly perform microbial testing of our processing equipment and surfaces, both in-house, and by an outside lab. We have a stringent sanitation program, food safety & site security program and a food defense program made up of internal and external security. We’ve even contracted a third-party auditor, Food Industry Consultants, to inspect us unannounced once a month. We have received an AIB “Superior” rating for our entire plant every year since 2004.
