growers, the northeast Ohio region is rich in wholesale produce companies
and local growers who provide us with multiple other sourcing opportunities.
Judging on taste, texture, freshness and price, we choose the best of the best. Quality assurance personnel, dedicated to fresh-cut, work continuously to monitor incoming product, sanitation, temperature and finished product, with extra assurance coming from our HACCP plan and GMPs. A cold chain is maintained from the moment the produce arrives until it reaches the customer. Nothing is cut more than 24 hours before shipment ― and we often deliver daily for maximum freshness. |
